Dried beef, muffaletta, and cream cheese ball
Another winner on the Thanksgiving table was a cream cheese ball with Stehlin's dried beef and Carfagna's muffaletta Italian olive topping, green onions still from the garden, salt, pepper, a dash of sriracha, chopped parsley, chopped dried beef inside AND rolled over the entire ball. It was so good I had to make another today for the OSU Michigan game. Joe and Glenda are staying for a few days after Thanksgiving.
