A week from today...get cooking

George has never looked so cute...get to carving you turkey you. When George, Jimmy, and Pam arrive Wednesday, I hope to have a frittata waiting for them.  I have a hair appointment and so they can have breakfast and then get started working while I am away for a short time.  Their honey-do list is extensive.  LOL  A frittata is an easy omelet that is very forgiving and accepting.  That pan likes everything you put in it--just cover it with whipped eggs and cheese and Bob's your uncle.  One meal  out of the way.

 Lunch will be ready too, but simple because snacking will be involved as the workers taste test recipes that are being prepared.  Carfagna's always has this salad, what I call left-over salad, they call it something else.  It is the ends of their sausages and cheeses.  There are peppers and what ever else needs to be used before it is too late.  This one however is fresh and has pasta to boot.
