Have you tried Spicy Panko? It's new, I think, and delicious on mac & cheese and on nearly everything that calls for panko. I bet in a meatloaf would be very good too.
For years I have used my fish poacher that Johnna gave me one Christmas for sweet corn on the cob as well as for salmon. I can usually get 8 ears in this pan and it steams the corn in minutes to a delicious goodness. Slather on the butter and salt. Yum.
