Italian meatball buns:
12 frozen bread dough dinner rolls
Let stand at room temperature 25-30 minutes to soften
1 package meatballs, thawed (or make your own)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce, warmed
Cut each roll in half. wrap each portion around a meatball.Place on greased baking sheet.Cover to let rise about an hour or two.Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes. The picture at the bottom of the post shows the results.
