Have you found that some days when you cook everything works and other days you wonder how you could have gone so wrong? This plate shows it's an everything is right day. It's raining cats and dogs outside , so I could not grill the steak out there. I fired up my indoor grill, dried off the steaks that had been marinating in herbs and wine for two days and slapped them on the hot grill. Just look at the results. This steak will serve two or three, it is really big. Sam's has delicious and affordable meat and steaks are no exception.
Ina Garten first introduced me to mustard potatoes but has she ever had them with grainy mustard, a touch of cheese, and diced bacon (on top)? These roasted delights are perfect with the steak and lest I be frowned upon, sliced Florida oranges with blueberries ends the meal.
