How do I love thee...many ways



Maple roasted brussels sprouts. Let's just say I could eat the entire stalk.

Kathy, my niece loves these little cabbages as much as I do.  I try to please her with different renditions, but I actually think she would even like them raw.  We eat them like popcorn.  I can't say I have ever made them the same way twice, but balsamic vinegar is always involved. Those little critters sigh as their vinegar bath covers their leafy globular blooms. Poetic. No?
