I like this way of doing fajitas because I do not care for those wrap things.  I like fajitas as a salad, so this tops my to make list with thanks to Jen who runs carlsbadcravings. This is her recipe and picture.

I am making mine with steak strips from Carfagna's on Saturday, work details all day.  So I feed the workers well.
